All parents should be aware that the people who work for Bus Kids/Student Transportation Service just don't care. The lady I spoke with on the phone (wouldn't tell me her name) is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED AND HAD THE MOST DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE. A miserable human being in need of prayers.

Parents please be very careful using this service. The management does not seem to offer proper training or screening to some of these drivers in my opinion. The driver of the school bus my child comes home on has been told 4 times he is dropping the kids off at the wrong location. We have communicated it to him and we are told his manager has communication. So in counting thats about 8 times his been told. He is putting the lives of the kids in danger by not following the written instructions the board has provided them. Al... read more
