Bought 2 electric bikes this afternoon with the help of Jason at Windsor Electric Bicycles. Very knowledgable and spent time explaining things to me and my sister. Definitely recommend getting a bike from here.
My husband and I went in to look at the electric bikes and Jason was AMAZING! So helpful and accommodating with us. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood how e-bikes work. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable , flexible and helpful. It's the only place to go for an electric assist pedal bike.
