Very professional and provide best solution for bikes
I dropped my e-bike off yesterday for a service to it's rear hydraulic disc brakes (they hadn't rearly worked properly since a previous service at the now defunct Hawkesbury Cycles and had caused me a fair bit of grief/banter on my last trip away with my riding mates). Fast and reasonably priced repair on my son's bike.
My parents went in to buy their grandson, my son a bike this morning at 9am and from the time they spoke to the man serving them- he was completely useless. Gave them no advice or information on what to buy, they wanted information and guidance on what would be appropriate and he didn’t even engage in a conversation. he gave them nothing. I went in the other day to ask about a price for bikes so I had a rough idea of what I was looking for and how much and the staff member was that rude he did not want to help me he did not even care that I was looking and when I said I was enquiring about a bike he did not want to help me I would highly recommend anybody that goes there don't waste your money and your time
