I brought my son’s mountain bike in because it had an issue with the gears not locking into place to place. Kurt helped us out and he was fantastic. Despite already having other work he still helped us out. He quickly identified the problem, had a replacement part in stock and did the work there and then on the spot. Kurt is genuinely a nice and knowledgeable person.
We got our son's bike serviced there and Windsor Cycles was both friendly and helpful.
