I had a mechanical issue with my bike while I was out riding and decided to drop into Windsor Cycles. The owner, Matt, could not have been more helpful. He stopped what he was doing, took the time to have a proper look at my bike, and managed to get it fixed for me on the spot. Friendly and helpful staff. Talked me out of what I thought would be an upgrade but actually a downgrade for my bike. Will definitely take my bike for any future works there.
We came in this week with a few punctures, tyre change and a service for some of our bikes. I was so impressed with the service we received. It was quick, friendly and reasonably priced. So happy I've found you, we will be back!
