My parent has lived her for many years. No matter how many times they change management their Office staff is incompetent. (There maybe one person in a blue moon. BUT CURRENTLY IT’S NOT BLUE) The NEW Maintenance is not getting things done as of8/14/2024. Their competence on keeping proper information documents and execution show the lack of corporate and on the Spot leadership! FYI The elevator is always broken, there is no recreation, or proper leadership. If a NEGATIVE 109 could be given it would!
I was at my mother’s house visiting and all of a sudden the ceiling fell, this is ridiculous and sad these seniors have to live in this type of conditions. My mom said she called it in 4 days ago when it started leaking no one came here it is Saturday January 20, 2024 11:21pm we watching a movie in her living room and the ceiling fall in. This is clearly a law suit and a lease breaker.

I am saddened to have to write this post. However, it is important to share with others that this apartment community is not suitable for maintaining dignity. I moved my father here nearly 5 years ago. I was so excited to finally convince him to move to a senior community. I was hopeful about the layout of the community and that he would find a great home here. He made many great friends. The residents are just lovely.
