Was treated extremely rudely. I showed up at 10pm last night seeking help, and was at the door for 15 minutes. They opened the door, asked for my name, birthday, etc. and the lady had a prissy and rude attitude, and told me they might not be able to help me, but that same night I was in an ambulance and needed help. I was excorted by two policeofficers to the Windsor Center CSU. I ate two bean and beef burritos. Also the associates gave me interviews. Following my interview, I got to talk to a associate at the front desk, and she were a African-American woman. The first associate were a younger Caucasian woman. I came to Windsor Center on November 25th around 3:00am seeking help. I was initially seen by two female employees, but I was told I could not be admitted because my blood pressure was too high. What made this experience uncomfortable was how I was handled afterward. I did not have a phone and needed time to contact my sister so she could arrange an Uber for me to go to the hospital in Rancho to pick up my blood pressure medication, which would have met Windsor’s requirements for admission. I was TRYING to come here for some help earlier today 09/14/25 but a certain individual was so unprofessional and actually testing me and my patients after I explained the reason and that I need help and was there once before but didn't stay long enough to get more info or long enough to use their services; thank God I decided to leave and make the right decision for both our sakes!
