We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I broke my back and was brought there late afternoon when no key people were around. I was dumped off in the bed and was never talked to until my husband came And he put me in a wheelchair and took me to the nurses station. I had no pain medication at all. After 15 minutes of discussion, a nurse or a CNA called the doctor and he had to prescribe the medication and I had to wait for it to be delivered.. Mother was sent there for rehab. Transferred her on a Sunday , which should’ve waited till Monday. Since nothing was ready for her arrival. Medications weren’t ready. Admin staff not available till Monday to speak with. She ask to use restroom and asked for water different times waited a considered amount time to get. She was a fall risk. What will it take to get state involved? My family had to take my grandmother out of this nursing home because she was SEPTIC due to kidney stones she had to get emergency surgery to drain pus out of her kidney and is now undergoing physical therapy, we would not have known if it wasn’t for her sister visiting her she was also left unattended in the shower for 3 HOURS on a different occasion. Id love to give them 5 Stars but we took my mother out because we could care better for her at home. There just wasn't enough staff to care for her. She needed to be checked on every hour or two. The food was cold by the time she got it. I tasted it & it wasn't good. But the staff was courteous & nice. The building was very nice, clean.
