Ben is one of the best mechanics I’ve worked with in over 40 years of cycling. He excels at a complex challenge and has provided great service on my Canyon Ultimate. Great for basic tasks through fine tuning of racing bikes. Highly recommend!
I had bought a used bike that had issues with the chain slipping. Noah helped me and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He contacted me after 30 minutes to inform me that the installed spacer was too wide and needed to be replaced. They were done with servicing my bike an hour after that. The parts and labor were very reasonable. On my ride home, I confirmed they fully fixed my problem. I will definitely be coming back here again!
I had heard good things about this shop for service. I had taken my Canyon into this shop because I knew the mechanic had the specific tool that you needed to tighten the headset. After diagnosing the problem, he deemed that the bearing was shot in the headset. He informed me that it was laborious job which I was fine with.
