Top notch! Quick response, extremely helpful and very personable people. Donate your unused bikes. They will reburbish or use it for parts. Either way you can't go wrong
Came in rather clueless, not having cycled in many years - they were able to set me up exactly with what I needed. Rode my new (refurbished) bike home. Staff is helpful and friendly. We're lucky to have a non-profit place serving the community like this in Windsor.
My first time with a Bike kitchen, and it was great. They fixed my bike and parts are really cheap.
I bought a bike from Bike Kitchen and noticed the gear shifter came loose after a few rides. I contacted them, and they fixed it within half an hour—replacing it with a new one, which I really didn’t expect. I truly appreciate their quick and generous service. I also bought a bell, and they installed it for me right on the spot. Hands down the best bike shop to go to! I love their after-sales service.
Brought my bike in to get the chain replaced and to have my breaks tuned. Staff was awesome and friendly. When I picked up my bike the ride home was so smooth and the breaks are very responsive now. Will definitely be returning if I have issues with my bike in the future.
