The staff are absolutely amazing! They seem like they really care about my son and it’s not “just a job” to them. They send us many pictures and update us throughout the day. We have had bad experiences with other daycares in the area, but KinderCare is amazing! Highly recommend!
The best part of this KinderCare location is hands down Monica, the director. She has gone above and beyond for our family—patiently and diligently resolving multiple billing issues with care and professionalism. Her communication is clear, timely, and always kind. While the center has experienced quite a bit of staff turnover recently, Monica has always taken the time to listen to my feedback, especially when I’ve asked that new teachers be prepared with an activity when my children arrive. I enjoy watching the staff be inclusive, caring, and welcoming to any kids that come in. There has been several family events that were hosted by Monica and Vida and those will be unforgettable memories for my child and I! I love getting photographed updates on my child via their kindercare app
