My Nanna has been at Amarina in Windsor for a while now, and I've never seen her this happy in a nursing home. It's like night and day. My grandad passed, and the staff have been so kind and understanding towards her. We watched his funeral video the other day together, and she was really upset, but a nurse came and checked on her and was really understanding, they let her take her time going out for dinner and made sure she felt comforted. My Dad was here for a couple of years and the staff were fantastic. They always let us know when anything happened and the monthly news letter was great to send to my family members with pictures of my Dad in it. They always had activities on and had entertainment as well.

Recently moved my mum here from a regis facility. No comparison. Every nurse, cleaner, kitchen, co ordinator are so wonderful. Every one of them genuinely care and it shows In their work. They really do treat you like family. It feels like home. My mum gets the meals she asks for, not " whatever " She is feeling very loved and cared for. She has improved so much in the short week she has been there. Her health is better and she is so much happier. Cannot recommend windsor aged care highly enough. Fantastic.
