I currently have a loan that they service. I received loan in 2018 and had no problems until recently. As per terms of the loan, I have to have automatic withdrawals which I have had no problem doing. Their system didn’t pull one month and then they sent me an email saying my loan is in default, when their system just didn’t pull the money. When I reminded them, they have authorization to pull money, the proceeded to pull 1500 more than what I told them they were authorized to do.
