I have experienced Windsong sound bath. Its healing energy works to eliminate running thoughts, and PTSD.... Sound baths center your energy and promote mental health and soul healing. I highly recommend.

Bret is of a very rare form of human that is difficult to find in the world these days: deeply thoughtful, principled, and endlessly dedicated to kindness and compassion.
