I can't believe them. Of course they won't care about one review from one customer and try to justify it saying they tried this or that. But every step of the way was horrible. I can't believe the installer made me remove my curtains track (which had to be thrown away and installed again from scratch-expensive). He said the brackets for blinds won't fit.
