They were doing some pieces of cushioned furniture. I learnt about them from carpenter who ordered it from them and then was explaining all delays in work with his bad contractor Window 25. But at first my carpenter sent them wrong fabric for the cushions. Cushions supposed to have equal width. However all of them have different width. From first iteration delivered on February 3rd vertical cushions were not matching bottom ones and had a 2.5 inches gap (see video). Hugo and Jacquez were great! Both of them were very nice and installed my shades within minutes.
The two young men who installed our blinds this morning - Hugo and Jacque (spelling?) were wonderful! Courteous, efficient and most helpful. They took time to show me how to operate the blinds and made sure I could raise and lower them, before leaving - and also explained the store’s warranty on the product. I was so impressed also at the fact that, without being asked, they both removed their shoes when they entered the house, so as not to damage the wood floors. Louis and Darwin installed my shades and they were a dream team! I can’t speak highly enough of them. They came ahead of schedule. Very high quality work, super clean, thorough, and QUICK! So happy with them and my blinds look amazing!
