Nowell was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. We truly appreciated the great service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and helpful.
Edit: I was contacted by the branch manager and the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. We ordered windows through Ryan Poch at Window Nation on the 19th of December and gave a deposit check at that time. The windows were installed in early February and we are super pleased with them. We gave the installer a check for the balance, and the check was cashed promptly. The issue I have is with Window Nation's customer service. My inside sales rep was VERY responsive, responded immediately, and answered all my questions. Haven't had any of the work done yet, so we will see how that part goes.
Referred a friend who purchased and had her windows installed months ago. I have yet to receive the $400 gift card as promised from my representative. Sent emails never received a response til I called and even now I have no way forward. Was told to submit online but that was already done. Disappointed in service after the sale and It feels the incentive to refer is false.
Nowell was informative, thorough, and quick with his presentation. Price was fabulous!!!
