The Window Nation salesman, Mr. Highsmith, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained the options clearly, answered all of my questions without pressure, and made the process easy to understand. Overall, it was a positive experience. I’m a returning customer and have also referred people because of their quality service. I am looking forward to receiving my new windows.
The installers were fantastic. They worked around my contractors installing new flooring. They also cleaned up the mess my plants made! The window look perfect and match my other windows! Very very pleased all around from ordering including price to instalation! Very smooth process.
Derek was really easy to work with. It's refreshing when sales isn't pushy and feels like they actually care about the product being delivered.
This company is truly horrific to work with. I have been waiting on a replacement window for over four months now. When someone showed up he had the wrong window (this was not his fault it was the fault of his company; he was pleasant). I have called both corporate and this branch for months leaving messages. I had a sales consultant come out and give me a quote 3 weeks ago. I have tried to move forward with the project and called 3 times to sign. Boone will take my call or call back. Very poor customer service if you ask me. I guess they don’t need the customers
