Michael did the most amazing job, he went above and beyond to simplify everything. What a neat and professional end result! The blinds look wonderful and super easy to work. I highly recommend Michael and Window Blinds Direct! Excellent customer service too!
Prices looked reasonable at first, but by the time the bill came, there were extra charges that weren’t explained clearly. The whole experience felt misleading.
The blinds I ordered arrived later than the date they promised. Nobody bothered to update me, and I had to keep chasing them for answers. Very poor communication.
I wasn’t happy with my visit. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the different blind materials and couldn’t give clear recommendations. It felt like I was doing all the research myself.
The shop’s customer service needs improvement. I felt rushed during the consultation, and they didn’t really listen to what I wanted. The final product wasn’t what I expected.
