My experience with this facility is only compared to three others that family members have utilized. However, in that context, this facility is clean, professional, courteous and attentive. We've experienced no evidence of neglect or unprofessional behavior.

The Windmill Village Rehab is one of the newest nursing facilities in Lubbock, Texas. Its clean and the employers are very friendly and accommodating. The census is low, so there are not many residents there...most of the residents are able to get the attention needed due to a low census. The facility is new and I am sure there will be more residents admitted and eventually the census will be a lot higher. I can truly say that the staff are very friendly. I wouldn't recommed this business to anyone needing rehab or skilled nursing, my mother was there and she got very poor treatment and bedsores and fell and busted her elbow, negligent people there
