I had one session with Sebastien to help with stopping my skin picking habit on my thumbs. It had become something that I just could not stop myself from doing. I decided to try hypnotherapy and was hopeful but somewhat skeptical. Even during the session I thought “I am not hypnotized.” But I WAS and it worked and I have not picked my thumbs since.
