We looked and looked for new chairs. They were extremely expensive but these folks told us they would stand behind them. I thought at first they were and told out friends and family what great service we got UNTIL something went wrong. Then we called and called and got one promise and one excuse after another. It’s just terrible all they had to do was say we’re not doing anything but instead it was we ordered the part , the parts on back order , the parts are going to be here in a week just one flat out lie after the next. We searched for over a year trying to find multiple pieces of furniture. We spent one day in this store and purchased a dining set, a pub set, and living room furniture in one sitting. They had excellent customer service, fair prices, a great selection, and everything was delivered and set up for a nominal cost. This will be our only stop for future needs.
