Carey and Adrienne are a great team ✨ The Buteyko course they present is down to earth and very applicable. Since doing the course and practising Buteyko, I feel my lifelong asthma issues are solved! For me that is a HUGE life changing experience. I love nasal breathing now and my exercise and physical work life are much more grounded and conscious, because of Buteyko. Buteyko breathing has transformed my health. Sleep apnea, migraines, sinusitis and hay fever - all gone - I noticed the improvements after the very first lesson. Adrienne and Carey are wonderful teachers - professional yet warm and approachable. They are very generous with support and follow-up. I thoroughly recommend Windhorse Clinic and Buteyko Breathing.
This was a very worthwhile Buteyko Breathing course. I wasn't able to attend the group sessions so booked 1-1 instead. My breathing and asthma have improved and I now have a plan to keep going on my own. Thank you Carey and Adrienne
