This was a very worthwhile Buteyko Breathing course. I wasn't able to attend the group sessions so booked 1-1 instead. My breathing and asthma have improved and I now have a plan to keep going on my own. Thank you Carey and Adrienne
The Buteyko Breathing Course by Adrienne and Carey is wonderful, not only for the improved health and calmnes results, which are notorious quite quick, but also the way they teach the theory and the practice is fun and reletable. I think everyone should learn about Buteyko Breathing! For my husband (who suffered all his life from asthma) and I have been life-changing to apply these simple technics in our dayly life. Totally recomended!
