My grandma-in-law loves it here and the food is fantastic!
I think someone needs to investigate their finances. If you own a townhome in this community, they charge expensive monthly maintenance fees (hundreds of dollars!) and then won’t even replace water filters in refrigerators. They told my dad the best practice is to replace water filters every three years. That’s ridiculous and unsafe! A quick Google search will tell you that filters should be replaced every six months.
