I think someone needs to investigate their finances. If you own a townhome in this community, they charge expensive monthly maintenance fees (hundreds of dollars!) and then won’t even replace water filters in refrigerators. They told my dad the best practice is to replace water filters every three years. That’s ridiculous and unsafe! A quick Google search will tell you that filters should be replaced every six months. Please check on your elderly. As with every where else being short staffed, its no different here. With one nurse per 20 residence and God forbid they call in. Residence are being neglected. Looks nice but they are just the same as any other home. They make money off our elderly and wait for them to die. It takes a special person to work with them and they are few and far between. Don't forget about them!
