We have used their services for about 10 years, they are always very nice and caring. We look forward each year to seeing them, most all my coworkers go there because they like them so well!
These people are so rude!!! I took them my taxes the beginning of April and they are still not done!! They haven't called me once to let me know anything. Everytime I call them they are so rude and never give me a straight answer! Do not use these people, I know I never will again!!!!!!!!
