Do not move here!!! This place is absolutely infested with roaches. They’re everywhere: in the walls, along the ridge where the carpet meets the wall, in the stairs, behind the shower heads, and all over the kitchen and laundry room. I spent hundreds of dollars on traps and pesticides. Nothing worked. Eventually, I resorted to using tape to seal every possible entry point, baseboards, vents, stairs, even drain connections. Been here for over a year and been enjoying it. Nice hidden gem for the price and location and compared to apartment this is much better option even though no amenities I like that I have no upstairs neighbor and little fenced patio for my puppy.
Nice place my bandaid and I had great time looking at this place.
