Absolutely disgusted hearing all of the news about the residents getting out. Get people who really care about the residents and stop hiring any one and anyone to fill the spot

We moved our mother into this facility after few options were left for her care. After her admission, it became apparent that they lacked the skilled care, and manpower to properly care for her. The staff were unresponsive and her hygiene went downhill. The place was never clean and her clothes seldom washed. There was an event where housekeeping washed the residents clothes in a cleaning solution not intended for clothes washing. Sadly a lady just lost her life due to this facility's neglect as she froze to death outside during the pensacola snowstorm. This facility is well known for missing residents who escape. And I have first hand seen employees scrambling to find the resident up and down Olive Rd. In my opinion it seems like an inside employee could be to blame. Sadly a lady had to loose her life. I hope this investigated thoroughly and carefully.

I moved my wife to Windermere from another memory care facility. The Windermere staff and medical care is excellent. They provide personal care that feels like family. I'm glad I made the move to Windermere.
