I loved the way Alex do my hair! I recommend this place!=)
It is the first time I right a bad review but this hair salon really damage my hair so much that I had to cut it much shorter to be able to get rid of the damage. Roxane did highlights that turned out brassy, she said she would make it right but instead she fried my hair. Then I had to spend 300 dollars so somebody can fix it.
It was one of my worst experiences at a spa, somewhere that's supposed to be relaxing. She has no customer service at all she doesn't need her own business. The whole time I was there she was on her phone. Than she provides a service that has something to do with your feet and than says " we don't wipe feet in here. She treated me like the bottom of the barrel just disgusting never again.
Just moved here from the Tampa Bay Area and still finding my way. I received the best haircut in decades and the best health suggestions that was given in 25 years. Essential Oils for all sorts of normal concerns, foot detoxing for getting rid of poisons from within. A new electro magnetic mat that within an 8 minute session increases your oxygenated blood flow throughout your body. Nothing like this in the Tampa Bay Area. Thank you Windermere Spa.
