The staff are amazing, so caring and understanding when It’s that “time” parking can be a pain. The staff their knew exactly who I was before signing in, just go to the room and see mom, no time to waste. The elevator is down, run up the stairs!!!
Cannot share the truth for fear of reprisal to my loved one. But honestly certain, please try to find another avenue to support your loved one than bringing them here. Don't bring your loved one here
My in laws have been on the 8th floor for almost 2 years. That staff are friendly, kind and really care for the residents. My mother in law has a bad sacral wound and since she moved to Windermere the care has been so good her wound is almost completely healed. They also worked hard to keep my in laws together even though the care requirements were different.
Lisa Verrelli and Bincy George are cowards manipulative and have lied, slander really does happen. Bincy George should have been fired long ago. Bincy George manipulates and lies and Lisa Verrelli listens to Bincy George too since she worked there also Lisa Verrelli. When I asked Lisa questions face to face, she says she does not know. Really? My LO dehydrated and was left to die. She had repeat UTI and induced pneumonia had to return to VGH.yet Lisa decides to not follow up with my concerns and has Dr. R.
