I’m a regular customer at Winco, and I always use the self checkout. The experience is always smooth and quick. Carlos is always there to help if I need anything, he’s very friendly and provides excellent customer service. It really makes my shopping experience even better!

Today was the last straw. I think the employees for the most part are amazing. However, my last 2 visits were unacceptable. Today, after waiting in a long line because they only had 2 registers open, I had all my items on the conveyor, waiting as they finished scanning the customer before me. Then my turn..... then, before the cashier could start scanning my items, the associate from customer service interrupted my cashier for a customer that had just got there for a return because "she didn't want to use her code to do the ... read more

Left tonight and was very annoyed this is the only store that is very strict on 15 items or less at self check out. I went and had 18 items… 3 items over & the lead clerk it was a tall man with curly hair didn’t catch his name. He was very rude and I told him I was with my friend & were splitting the items we just shopped in one cart & he still ignored that we were not paying together… mind you the self check out had NO line had was EMPTY.
