Still a good WinCo. The 2 near me suck now, so I drive out to this one to shop.
This store is a complete embarrassment when it comes to customer service and overall management. The staff is unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly not trained to provide even the most basic level of assistance. I specifically asked for help locating an item, only to be told they don’t carry it. Not even one minute later, I found the exact item on the shelf myself. That shows not only a lack of knowledge but also a complete lack of effort from the employees.
