I slipped and fell in this store that I have grocery shopped in since the first day it opened. I fell right in front of the water machine due to no one making sure that area stays dry at all times. There were 2-3 employees that saw me fall and hurt myself, my mother was with me and she told one of the female employees did you see my daughter just slipped and fell. Melissa the worker at self checkout attempted to grab and pull my cart away from me because she believed I had more than 15 items in my cart which was 8 items and scolding me about the 15 item policy while not letting go of my cart. Shes severely lacking not only customer service skills but common sense also and terrible represents winco which has been fine for me in other ways
