Everything about their checkout process bothers me. Can't buy alcohol at self checkout, oh wait all the employees that are running checkout aren't 21! I understand loss prevention, but the scales are so sensitive here, you will get flagged for assistance if you cough towards the machine
Had the most unexpectedly dramatic checkout experience tonight and I feel like I owe the self checkout machine an apology for what it witnessed. My husband heads to the self checkout and immediately a very serious employee, I think her badge said Kalista, power walks over like we just tried to sneak a TV under the cart. What’s the point of having a phone number if no one ever answers? I’ve called several times today. Finally just got to someone at 8pm.
Horrible location. The staff is as unhelpful as can be, the bathrooms are always gross, and they've made even navigating the store a complete head ache.
