Great for packaged foods - CHEAP! Winco is great for packaged, non-perishable food. If you're looking for cereal, canned soup, mac & cheese, frozen pancakes, laundry detergent or soda pop then Winco is your place. I've had a few problems with their dairy and produce, however... and their meat isn't the greatest either. Basically, I'll buy it there if I'm using it within 24 hours, but I've found that it expires or goes bad very quickly. Good selection at a great price! Being a frugal, I am always in search of the best deal. WINCO is it. I have purchased everything there without busting my budget. The produce for the most part is quite good, however, they don't sort through the displays as often as they probably should, especially the tomatoes. The prices are by far the best in the area. The deli counter runs awesome deals and will even sell small amounts, no minimum weights that I have encountered so far. The cheese and dairy section has outstanding prices,... read more
