Paying over $100 a month for water to have a toilet that gets flushed 1 maybe 2x a day is absurd. Do better , especially for small businesses
I received very high bill. Water usage showing in bill 9000 gallons, I don’t think i used it.
Prices were extoriant
The prices have gotten completely out of hand. Our bill is almost 5x what it was 5 years ago and they refuse to work with you if you need an extra 4 days to pay an almost $500 bill. The tap water reeks of chemicals and leaves a white residue on everything. Now they even charge us for RAIN WATER. Winchester is becoming more and more unbearable to live in every day.
Heather in Utilities was so polite and took time to listen to my issues. With no hesitation she gave me an extension on our bill, and was very kind when spoken to. Have dealt with difficult companies in the past, and have never had this good of an experience.
