The facility appears to be severely understaffed, with most of the nurses retired or part-time and no full-time staff doctors on site—only nurse practitioners. Worst experience! My loved one came home with a MRSA UTI, nightmares and recently found out a mini stroke, we asked to have a new eye issue checked we noticed upon arrival one day it was bothersome and didn’t look right, asked multiple times but it wasn’t a priority then told it was ok per an NP. Confirmed via MRI and a neurologist apt. Left sitting on soiled bed and wet so the UTI shouldn’t be a surprise but the MRSA was! The entire staff was excellent with our mother. They were attentive and caring at all times with her and all others that we witnessed. They were always available to answer any questions and visiting/visitors was never an issue.
My mom was there from 2004 to 2008 she passed away in there A+ SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE CARE SHE RECEIVED
