I am so glad that this place advertises in my Richmond circular. I would never have imagined that such a nice place with such a friendly sales staff and giant showroom exists so close to us. Don’t bother going to Dayton, Indianapolis, or Cincinnati for good quality furniture at low prices, go to Winchester! They carry the top quality brands and even Bowles Mattresses. The best available in the Midwest.
I bought a sofa that has issues that I didn’t see in the showroom. After the delivery to my home, I called and asked if the guys would come out and see if they had attached the back properly on the middle cushion. The middle section sits higher than the ends. I could hear a male voice in the background saying it needed time to settle, it’s the foam in the cushions. I insisted that they come out so that I could show them what was wrong.
