I Initially had dooley and went to win as it seem they bought them out. Never got new trash receptacles and my bins are nine years old. I would have to keep calling in and saying I was gonna switch to get my bill lowered. Finally switched to a new company and they told me they never received the postcard although I sent it out weeks prior.
