RecommendedKyle was more helpful than I could even ask for. You can text him or call him at anytime of the day/week and he will get back to you ASAP whether it is Friday at 6 A.M. or Wednesday at 11 P.M. always answered my questions and would explain in multiple ways if needed for me to understand. Never had a single issue and his videos will be sent personally to you as if he was talking face to face with you while going through multiple steps of the loan process.
I cannot recommend Kyle enough. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire mortgage process. My husband and I were first time home buyer and Kyle was able to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand, which really made us feel like we were a part of the process. Kyle is also dedicated to making sure you're making the best mortgage decision based on your future financial goals. We definitely feel like we can trust him to help us make the best mortgage decision.
As as Realtor I am always hesitant to use an out of state lender but Kyle exceeded my expectations, kept all parties updated and got us a clear to close in 8 days! I will be sending some of my buyers his way for sure! Oh and I was the listing agent and was kept up to date better than some lenders do when I am working with the buyer!
