Kyle is great and his videos are very informative but too bad he can't personally help everyone. Going through his website they put me in touch with someone who was less than helpful, application was just sitting there for weeks with no reply. Finally emailed them and they said they would look into the loan and then several more weeks pass with no reply. I understand if you are busy or behind on applications but at least communicate that or give some sort of update. I hope others have better luck than I did.
