Extremely unprofessional and unreliable experience with Win Restaurant Supplies. We are a small business, and this experience has been deeply damaging. We paid in full in mid-December for a commercial coffee machine and were repeatedly assured the process was moving forward. Weeks passed with no delivery. Very nice place. Was able to get small number of items compared to 36pc in the ones in queens. Good for a small household. Wish they carry syrups!
Do not buy from this store, I had a very bad experience, I bought a scale and it didn't work. I went to try to exchange it. The manager got angry and did I have the receipt for the product?
