I bought a pan here last week. It smelled like burning metal while boiling water. I thought maybe it would go away, but it still smells really bad after three attempts to boil water in it. Return policy says you can’t return used items and the pan already has heat marks after a few uses in low heat. Will not go back.
My go-to supply store in Manhattan, and I’ve been to many. The customer service here is outstanding and they have a beautiful verity of plates/silverware with matching sets
Very good customer service. My #1 place to go in the area for restaurant supply: good selection, and generally good prices. The detailed return policy is posted near the register, but vague on the receipt. It would be helpful if it was printed completely on the receipt, because employees and cashiers don't take the time to state it clearly, and consumers are probably not going to see the posting.
