My experience with Wimberly & Associates was poor. I was referred by another attorney to their firm. I left several direct voicemails with no response. They didn't pick up their office phone when I called. Also, I filled out several intake forms, with no response. If they can't simply pick up their own office phone, respond to a voicemail or an intake form, why would I trust them with a complex legal matter, or even a simple one. I was provided with a referral to Attorney Wiest by both my public attorney and an out-of-state attorney. I received a return call this morning, and I was taken aback by the extreme lack of professionalism in the interaction. The attorney seemed entirely unconcerned with maintaining courtesy, effective communication, or even maintaining a civil tone of voice.
