Review of the payroll service. Their online self serv portal is basic at best. The paystub viewer/pdf format is wildly confusing and sloppy. The place hours in rate columns making the YTD calcs way more complicated than they need to be. ...She's also rude too. Not willing to take the feedback above. Emails you like shes too busy to assist. Ive got friends that own similar businesses and they were disappointed in this firms work.
