Poor service here this morning. I took my daughter’s bike here the other day for a puncture fix, apparently no puncture they say. Today we are heading away on holidays I go to put the bike on and the tyres flat ! I take it back in to get a new tube for a different guy to say he’s too busy even though I see 3 staff standing around talking. We bought a new bike here the other day from the guy from Koonawarra who is good. It’s a shame staff aren’t consistent . I’m now at Trek bikes where they are fixing it
Took my two Focus e-MTBs into Bike Hub Warrawong for servicing this week — the team did a cracking job. Both bikes are dialled in beautifully. Can’t wait to hit the new Mount Kembla trails this weekend. Thanks guys — great service all round!

Massive shout out to the guys for their honest , fast and friendly service. We took an e bike down on Sunday with a flat tyre. They replaced it on the spot and adjusted a few things to make it a smoother ride. Really appreciated their service.
