I wanted to share a recommendation for JCT Automotive based on a great experience my wife and I had while on vacation. We discovered a leaking axle seal on our F250, and Jason was incredibly helpful in getting us in for service as soon as they opened. Poor Integrity owner here! Ten months after the rack and pinion assembly was replaced here, it started to fail. I tried communicating with him but he considers minute and moot details to void their warranty.. It’s the 3rd time I’ve given this shop business as I travel. The owner states he doesn’t offer a nationwide warranty and I would have had to bring the vehicle (from Washington state) to his shop. We broke down on an epic road trip in a 40 year old car down and towed our car to JTC. They were super helpful in all regards... helping with the car, helping get a ride to a hotel, and swapping old car stories. Great people! Highly recommend!
