Damaged equipment during shipping and refusing to cover the damage. Poor customer service is a guarenteed way to put yourself out of business.
They are terrible! They cost 3x as much as FEDEX. The driver said he would only deliver to the street... Not our garage. They were 2weeks late. When I told him he was not going to deliver to the street he drove away. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND such horrible, unprofessional service!!
