My disabled adult sister has been using First Transit since November of 2022 and in the beginning we had a few hiccups but aside from that the drivers are friendly and the most recent am driver is so pleasant and she goes above and beyond for my sister. She gets out, opens the door, compliments her and assist with putting her seat belt on daily.
