Julie is the bomb! She is so knowledgeable and can help in every situation! She is responsive and knows her stuff. There is no one else I would use!
I was thinking about switching tax ladies since Julie is local, but she refuses to answer emails/phone calls after several attempts. I went in with the gf to get her taxes figured out and Julie was talking a big game on how im getting screwed with my current C.P.A. (even though my current C.P.A. has been doing taxes 40+ yrs).
This has got to be THE WORST tax service I've ever experienced! If it were possible to give negative stars I would but stay away from this service. I've hired tax reps for years now but having just moved to this area I needed someone locally. She submitted my taxes electronically then told me to wait the standard 21 days (which is fine) 21 days roll by and I still haven't gotten a tax return so I contact the IRS hotline AND check the website both say that they have none of my records.
