Sold a home with cold week banker. This is the attorney that the buyer used. My mother is 70 years old and living check to check waiting on her home to sell. Today was closing and we specifically asked for a wire transfer of funds. Called several times today and they took forever to get the paperwork filed with the county and then I called and the guy had the nerve to tell me they made a regular deposit at the local Branch.
