Well the bank overall is okay one the strictest banks in ky thought. So I don't bank with them. I also no longer can use there atm. We tried couple chase cards at there atm. After the long process it kept denying our cards ar chase. Didn't matter if it was the count with 200 bucks or 1k it denied. Chase said there was no reason on there ened other then the atm they use rejects chase bank.
Tried to open an account and they never even responded to my application. How unprofessional can you get? Never again would I even try.
