We have banked at this bank for years. Highly recommend.
I worked at a neighboring business. I went into the bank one day to break a $100 bill, and they refused because I didn't bank there. The woman was ridiculously rude about it to boot. Awful "service" like that doesn't belong in Kentucky, we're kind to our neighbors here.
My very first time walking into the bank and everything ran smoothly until I asked if I could buy some nickels. One of the employees rudely and with a sassy tone said "No" multiple times with a side of eye rolling. I did not appreciate that attitude. She treated me different than the other customers which I clearly saw when I was there. Much rather not come here again.
