Honest forthright appraisal of situation.
I was asked 5-10 mins before a document review to provide my comments- Cheryl was extremely rude and dismissive. I emailed that over and then the lawyer went over my comments the entire time and billed me $395. Provided no legal advice of his own. What a waste of my time and money on top of dealing with ridiculously rude administrative staff (Cheryl). This is not the care model I expect when I think of Wilson McCoy. This is such a great firm. They have helped us with general business/employer law concerns over time. But what really got me was how quickly and efficiently they (rockstar Paul Sutherland to be specific) helped when we had an emergency that really shook us. I cannot say enough good things about how they supported us and couldn't be more grateful. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for strong professionals in your corner.
I had a mixed experience during my few visits. Cheryl, the office assistant, unfortunately came across as rude and lacked patience and empathy. Her communication and customer service skills could definitely use improvement. On a positive note, Rebecca and Karina were fantastic to work with. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness
Leaving a two star review because the attorney’s were not willing to take on my case, although they said that I have a very strong and legitimate case… Of course this is disappointing, but what’s more disappointing as the fact that Cheryl, the office assistant, was rude on 2 different occasions when I came into the office. No patience or sympathy- Rebecca and Karina were great to work with and I appreciate them
