All the staff are competent and kind, environment is clean and spacious, food is good quality and variation. The residents are treated with respect and dignity. I was very impressed.
Management and most staff are an absolute joke and are 100% in the wrong industry, if you want your loved one to receive below average care then send them here, if you want them to be treated well, look elsewhere.
Father in law lives there. Has dementia. The care is awesome....and the place is spotless. Food is cooked next door at the hospital. So it's fresh a nutritious
Staff and management are full gammies, delivering appalling "care" that results in chronic bedsores. Disgraceful! Should be shut down!
