Dianne is a fantastic lawyer representing owners corporations at the VCAT to collect fees that are owed by those who feel they should not have to pay their share. Has a thorough understanding of legislation and VCAT process to ensure that as much as possible, that other owners are not penalised because of a non-payers neighbour. The other ratings on here by people who have lost to her at the VCAT and think it will not cost them anything at all, are a tribute to her effectiveness.
I went through the same thing with dianne shes a low life and yes people should start to speak out.

Dianne Wilson the owner of this firm as I believe was and is a disgraceful lawyer in my opinion and claims costs at vcat for Owners Corporations, of which are all not claimable for claims under $10k, pursuant to vcat being a no costs jurisdiction, section 183 of the ‘Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012’ (Vic), and her legal fees also non claimable pursuant to schedule 1, clause 4(i) of the ‘Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998’, legal fees must follow the laws for claiming fees (see Victorian Le... read more
